I think I might have overdone it :/ 7 days post op and I feel like I've been run over by a truck

It was so nice outside, that I did a little extra walking. Heartburn hit me in the middle of one of my walks and I walked a few more blocks in hopes of 'walking it off'. Seemed to work. Made it hope, but was quite restless, lack of sleep maybe????, so I started my fall clean out closets routine. Thought I would run to the grocery store and pick up few things and BAM - was like I smacked into a brick wall. I had to sit in the parking lot for about 15 minutes before I felt I could drive the 5 miles back home. No fever - just a total ache and fatigue.

Honey Crisp apples are available again! I swear peeled apple slices with peanut butter on them is the best snack ever! YUM!

down 10 lbs in 10 days - only 3 days till surgery

reporting @5:30 am tomorrow for 1st surgery of the day! I have waited so long for the day and it is upon me.
