Well, I have done cardio 5 days in a row now. Down 2lbs this week and feeling pretty darn proud of myself. Trying to build that exercise habit and make it consistent everyday is not easy! Before I was exercising 3 times per week and I seemed to slow way down on weight loss.

225 lbs. today...that's 148 since HW (about one year ago), 107 since SW (9/9/14)!!! 65 to go to reach my personal goal, 26 to reach my surgeon's goal...

I'm on team tough love, and like @jane13 I watch for @LipstickLady 's witty and intelligent responses. I contend that along with the font options and smiley buttons, we need options that let us post what kind of responses we're hoping to get. See examples below:
