  1. I did finally drop a 1/2 more. I'm not really concerned because I know weight has to come off sometime. So different from how I have felt on different weight loss attempts. An eight day stall would have put me in depression.
  2. Just read in a post from 2012 someone calling us the "teens of the 1960's. That has made me laugh all day. Hope this brings a smile to others on this site. Sleeved on May 20th and have been on stall for the last 8 days. Reading that others are experiencing same thing really helps.
  3. I absolutely love "teens of the 1960's" That is going to be my new saying.
  4. What amounts do you use for pancakes. Can't wait til I can try those
  5. 2 1/2 weeks out and just had first spaghetti with ground beef. pureed it in blender and added a little Protein powder. My doctor said it was fine but not to eat it at party I went to just in case. Was great
  6. Sleeved May 20th, what portion sizes are you eating?
  7. I am curious about the amount other people can eat. Like I can eat 1/2 cup of potato soup, 1/2 of a small sweet potato with plain yogurt, etc.
  8. Had surgery May 20th. Now on soft foods
