    Watching 600 lb Life, Where are they now? And Dr Now just advised to revise to RNY because her WLS stopped, and he said that she stretched her stomach out. So I can see where the misinformation comes from. When the RNY people stop losing at this point, he tells them to stop eating trash. Then after he is done slicing and dicing her for the 2nd time, he says, if her weight loss slows again, we will know it is her diet. Well, no $%#@

      If a super-super obese (500+ lb) person's weight loss stops, it is almost always crappy dietary choices that are the culprit. The ones who clean up their diets normally lose at a house-a-fire rapid pace, even with deranged metabolic issues.
