Just wanted to share. I went to the doctor and no more CPAP. I am so happy.

Healthier&happier$life- I do not have to go back to the apnea doctor. She said it was completely gone. I did have to have another sleep study done. It was an in home one this time. I also no longer have high blood pressure so no more meds for that. It has been a wonderful journey. I still have about 20 lbs to lose. It is still coming off but slowly now.

I have been shopping at my local Goodwill and Salvation Army. I found a cute pair of white capris there yesterday only $3.99. These two stores have been by best friend during my weight loss. I started my journey in a size 24 and now am a size 12. My surgery was in Aug of 2015. I would never have been able to purchase clothes at the regular stores because of the cost and the rapid size changes. I make weekly stops just to see what they have. Good luck on your surgery and enjoy your journey. It is hard work but well worth every minute. -
62 having doing the sleeve on May 3rd.

I am getting close to the 100# lose mark. Only 5 more lbs. Surgery us 8/3/15. I lost 40 before on the 6 month insurance requirement. Loving how much better that I feel. -

You can do this. I think I had all those worries before I had my surgery but I know it is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I have lost 93# since my journey started. On my last doctor visit they reduced my cholesterol medication and he said that maybe on my return visit in Jan. that I should not have to take any. My blood pressure is down. I am using less pressure on my cpap. I have so much more energy and am enjoying life so much more. -

I get them every time I eat. Usually only 3 or 4 and then done until I eat again.

I lost 40#before surgery. Had to do 6 months weight loss before my insurance would pay. I have lost a total of 63#. It is not coming off as fast after surgery as I thought that it would but it is coming off. Good luck to you both. Can not wait to hear updates. -

I have had no hair loss yet. They say not everyone will loose hair. I hope I am not one of them. I had hungry issues before my surgery but none since. I am starting to get all of my Protein down and have started adding some other foods. I was just able to start on fish, chicken so that is a nice change. I have been out looking for smaller clothes. Checking out goodwill and other thrift stores as I know I will not stay in this size long enough to buy all new. I hope all goes well with your surgery this week. -

I have not checked in awhile. Been very busy. Had a family reunion at my house and then packed up my grand daughter and took her to college. Yes I ordered unjury on line at unjury.com. I like the chocolate. I was not on any blood thinners after surgery. So far everything is going smoothly. I get to add more food on Tuesday. Fish/Chicken/Cheese. I am ready as I am getting bored with what I am having now. I have got back in to exercising and that feels good. I hope all goes well for you. -

I started my weigh loss process in March. My insurance required me to be on a weight loss program for 6 months before they would approve and pay for my surgery. After surgery I was using a Protein product that I got from the doctors office. I have found that you can not buy on line or in the stores. They gave me Injury in the hospital and I like that much better than what I got at the doctor office. As for telling my children that was easy. I just made sure I had done all my research so I could answers there questions. They have been very supportive. I chose not to tell anyone else about what I was doing as I did not want a lot of negative comments. I had my surgery two week ago today and I am doing really well. I was on pain medicine, nausea Medicine for only two day after surgery. I do get a little tired if I do to much. -

I had my sleeve on August 3rd. Can not wait to start on food getting tired of the liquids. My surgery went really well and so glad I had it done. I hope all goes well for you. -
