  2. I got sleeved this tuesday and wasnt allowed to bring anything to the hospital besides the clothes I already had on. after you are put in a room you are not allowed to change ur robe until u are discharged. They didnt even let me brush my teeth the first day as if i was gonna drink water...anyways i could only swab to moisten my mouth and lips. I wasnt even allowed to wear panties which in a way made it easier going to pee not having to bend to reach for my undies You have to walk every 2 hours and not allowed slippers, ur hooked to ur IV and the morphine pump so if i was u i wouldnt worry about packing just tell a family member to bring ur phone charger and a pillow for the ride.get as much rest as u can and walk walk walk . Good luck

  3. I got sleeved on tuesday june 9th and i have to say the gas pain has been the worst thing out of this whole process at the hospital i will walk it off and try to burp and walk again. At home i would get up with a pillow on my stomach for support and sit on the toilet and move a little side to side or in small circles(waist up...sorry i know TMI) but this has worked for me. Sorry for going soo much in detail but if it has worked for me it could work for u.

  4. Thanks it does look a little flat i think its bc of the pre op diet i lost almost 16 lbs and mostly all from around that area. You'll be fine just listen to what the nutritionist and doctors tell u, on your free time aside from walking and sipping read a couple of successful stories on here and pick up

On little techniques sleevers have used..thats what i do and it has seem to help..wish you lots of luck and look forward on hearing how great everything went !

  5. Stop thinking soo much and enjoy the new outcome thats waiting to happen, i got sleeved on tuesday and so far so good i lost 15.2 pounds on my 2 week preop diet and aside from gas im totally fine..im walking and drinking good. I still cant get down all the Protein i need but its a work in process baby steps...Just be happy you made it safe out and we're lucky nothing went wrong !

  6. Wow congrats on the 15lbs and not cheating...I question myself everyday especially last night when i decided to go on Youtube and watch a couple of surgeries and peoples insides(it kind of freaked me out) but then again I have tried alot of different methods diets and it came down to this. Everything and everyone has different experiences in life and u cant go by what u read or see online because everyone is different but look at all the before and after pictures and just imagine yourself 100lbs lighter sounds nice right lol we all started this process for a reason and in a couple of months this scary feeling will all be in the past... Good luck Every1

  7. I have a june 9th date and i have 2 small girls and I have cheated a couple of times with tiny little things not a full plate of anything or a piece of cake but with crackers with my Decaf coffee..this is soo hard and even smelling food makes me want to just take 1 bite. I want this week to just be over already i cant stand drinking 4 shakes a day
