  1. WEEK 8 POST-OP: reached 50 pound wieght loss goal! exercising 2 days a week, participating in labor day challenge and doing well with eating...no complaints this week!

      me too! I am almost 13 weeks post-op and down 50 this morning. 66 from HW and had NSV with clothes too this morning. Have you tried on old clothes?

  2. 3 WEEKS POST-OP: getting better with protein goals, still can't manage solids, exercising .....5 pound loss this week.

  3. 2 WEEKS POST -OP: feeling better, have not met protein goals (not even close), and ready to start exercising this week...5 pound loss this week.

      It gets better, you will be amazed at more of what you can eat as you get to 1 month and even 2 months out. As your stomach heals and the swelling goes you will be able to eat a tad bit more and be ok with it. Good restriction comes when you eat solid foods.

      @belle40 I had 2 weeks of pre op diet protein shakes and veggies and then one week post op...for 22 pound loss. This week, 2nd week post op, I am down 6 more pounds! :)
