WEEK 8 POST-OP: reached 50 pound wieght loss goal! exercising 2 days a week, participating in labor day challenge and doing well with eating...no complaints this week!

@belle40 I had 2 weeks of pre op diet protein shakes and veggies and then one week post op...for 22 pound loss. This week, 2nd week post op, I am down 6 more pounds!
