Hello, I had my RNY March 24, 2015 and have been getting along without any problems. I've lost 88 lbs.total with 51 lbs. coming off before surgery. I decided after my group meeting November 6th, that I would start eating like I was supposed to after my surgery and that's how I lost the 51 lbs.
I hope to gain and give a lot of help and information joining this group, especially on meal plans.
