  1. I hit a stall after 10 days. It tool 3 weeks before the scale moved. I was so stressed out I thought the surgery didn't work. Finally I have lost 7 pounds this week. Stop weighing do a few days ( easier said than done) and relax it will happen. It happens at the right pace for you. Don't compare yourself to others (also easier said than done). But everyone loses at a different pace. Its normal.

  2. I was living in north Carolina. It was midnight and I wanted chocolate. I didn't keep it in the house and I didn't have a car and the nearest store was 4 miles away. Safe, right? WRONG!!!! I walked 4 miles to the store the whole time thinking by the time I got there I wouldn't want it anymore. Oh no not the case at all. I got there and bought 3 king size candy bars. You know cus I couldn't decide which one sounded best. I ate all 3 on the way home so that there was no evidence of having them at all...... Ashamed and embarrassed!!!!

  3. I am in a stall right now and moved the scale - it happens and I know it, just is intimidating after you have had surgery because your mind starts screwing with you };]

. Very true. I keep thinking its not working and that it's all for nothing. :(. I know its just my mind messing with me and past failures haunting me, but none the less its still hard

  4. I had my sleeve on 4/28. 10 days after surgery I hit a stall. Its been 3 weeks now and I have lost 1 pound in that time. I lost 27 pounds in the first 10 days. I know that is a lot for 1 month however when you can't eat much of anything and you exercise and its still not coming off it becomes very stressful. I know that lots of people go thru the same thing but it seems that for most of you it doesn't last this long. I'm having a very hard time staying positive.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  5. Everyone messes up at some point. I'm sure that you are not alone. I had a scrambled egg 2 days before I should have. I don't get hungry except in my brain. I have to be very aware of what I am doing so that I don't mindlessly put things in my mouth. Don't best yourself up. Pick yourself up dust yourself off and stay strong. Good luck
