The drain and staples are gone -- good riddance! 8 days since surgery and wow, am I hungry! Living on ~500 liquid calories per day (or less) for 8 days has not been easy. Hopefully I'll get my brain back soon!
I remember that stage so well. I felt so weak and lethargic. It should get better for you now and every week a little better yet. Congratulations on having your surgery and welcome to the losers club!
