No worry at all. I didn't have a pre-op diet or 3mth medically supervised diet.

My surgeon didn't require a pre op diet, is this normal? My insurance required me to be on a medically supervised diet for 3 months which I finished April 15. I've kept the changes I made during the diet ( 0 cal sugar, cooking with pam, whole wheat Pasta etc) with occasional cheating I'm scheduled for May 18 for gastric sleeve surgery
