your "friend" has a new name. Mine is called sleeve and your friend is called band...drink some water, go outside, focus ;D

Yes, it's my best friend, my band. I tried eating lunch and it took me one hour to get it down (had to reheat it even) so no way I'm gonna cheat on my friend.
My first panic attack since I had the surgery... so this is a new lesson
after about 20 minutes I was told to stop eating (sleeve). It is our new way of living - eat, walk & lose!
