Having Anxiety attack, want to eat my heart out, need my food friend

Yes, it's my best friend, my band. I tried eating lunch and it took me one hour to get it down (had to reheat it even) so no way I'm gonna cheat on my friend.
My first panic attack since I had the surgery... so this is a new lesson

after about 20 minutes I was told to stop eating (sleeve). It is our new way of living - eat, walk & lose!
Yeah normally we should only eat for about 20-30 minutes but I could hardly get a bite and the amount of food I had on my plate was very small.
