  1. Well, actually...I dont really exercise. I work two jobs, and stay active during the day, but I havent really exercised at all since my lapband. I know, I know....its bad. My success came from cutting bread out completely. I am a bread FEN! Within 6 months of getting my band, I kept getting bread stuck in my band, so I decided I would try for 2 weeks to not eat any bread (I still eat potatoes and corn, but no flour). In 2 weeks, I lost 17 lbs, and the weight FELL OFF. That has been my secret. GOOD LUCK to you! Keep in touch!
