Everyone thanks for the advice[emoji4] I haven't ate any frozen meals this week, I haven't ate bad either and I've been hitting the gym and I was able to get my scale back moving so that's a plus!!!! I purchased a pack of boneless skinless chicken breast and prepared them for easy access so I'm good for 2-3 meals

  12. Any helpful suggestions to stay on track. I'm aware of the stalls you may encounter, but looking for any helpful information/suggestions/tips that helped you loose weight, reach your goal, stay motivated, etc.... Scale has slowed down and I'm realizing I hand to work harder to shed a pound
  13. Wondering to anyone have any quick low cal, high protein meal suggestions. I currently eat a lot of lean cousins, steam bowls, smart ones....those are my main selections when I'm working(so that's M-F)

As you can see above I have some work to do[emoji16] I've also lost many inches and you can definitely see the loss but my scale isn't reflecting what I want to see... Therefore I realize I need to do much better if I want to meet my goal by my anniversary date 9/25/16

Mine was 277 currently 227 (50lb) lost my last weigh in some now I'm really feeling[emoji30] I've been exercising now for 5wks but I know I'm not doing everything I choice so.....but I told myself next week I gotta do much better and have nothing I shouldn't. I have 50 more pounds to loose to reach my goal, what's your goal wt?

  18. So true....I realized and had to admit to myself I wasn't doing as I should which I'm sure contributed to the length of my stall. But I'm on board now.
