  1. Well I realize I haven't been making the best food selections and I've been at a stand sill on the scale. Luckily no wt gain but I feel I should've loss something this week. Realizing all the following I'm going to do two to three days on my phase 1, maybe I can jump start my wt loss and get the scale back to moving, what yal think? 2mts and 18days post op 33lb loss

  5. I'll never let it dictate the way I feel....but I do need to weigh less often. Taking all my vitamins, but need to really start keeping track of my protein intake.
  6. I felt the same way... I'm 8wks post op with a 25lb wt loss????I'm glad I had the surgery and thankful I haven't had not one complication or issue. I'm taking it one day@atime. Just started exercising loving the Zumba classes. I've set an monthly wt loss goal to help reach my overall goal by my anniversary 4/28, I wish you the best of luck and I'm sure you'll be happy with your decision.
  7. ????????starting exercising this week and seem like the scale would be moving but it's basically staying at a stand still on subtracting an ounce here and there. Guess I'm at the "stall" I've been hearing folks talk about????????????????if so hopefully my wt loss will double????
  8. Haven't posted in a few weeks but everything still is going wonderful since my surgery 25lbs down 1mt/1wk post op????????????
  9. I was sleeved on 9/25/15 and I also had a small hernia removed. Luckily my surgery was a success and being almost a mt post op I'm doing great and I haven't had no complications????

Everyone thanks for the wonderful advice and to let each of you know I didn't fall into my craving(I got a protein drink instead)????everyday is a challenge and I'm sure we all get or have got a craving of something we use to enjoy. The the important part is when we have these craving we reach out for help, so thank you!!
  11. @@butterfly23 it's the bubbly!!! I need the taste of a Pepsi or coke(not diet)????but I'm going to try what you said and get a few sips of a Sprite Zero to help take this crave away, thanks!!

  15. 10/25/15 will be a month since my surgery and I'm happily blessed & thankful to say I haven't had not one problem and I'm down an amazing 20lbs???????????? a little over a week to go until my one mt dr. visit aiming for a 25lb loss????????????????

  19. I do believe we've all been where you are(mixed feelings) just pray about it and leave it in god's hands. I was sleeved on 9/25/15 currently down 18lbs and I'm so happy with my decision, not to mention I haven't had no problems(not one)???? best of luck!!
