    Everyone thanks for the advice[emoji4] I haven't ate any frozen meals this week, I haven't ate bad either and I've been hitting the gym and I was able to get my scale back moving so that's a plus!!!! I purchased a pack of boneless skinless chicken breast and prepared them for easy access so I'm good for 2-3 meals

  14. Well I'm approaching my 7mt post op. Please share your success and what helped you achieve them and what helped you remain focused.
  15. Any helpful suggestions to stay on track. I'm aware of the stalls you may encounter, but looking for any helpful information/suggestions/tips that helped you loose weight, reach your goal, stay motivated, etc.... Scale has slowed down and I'm realizing I hand to work harder to shed a pound

  19. @@melbykins that's a wonderful wt loss. As you can see above I have some work to do[emoji16] I've also lost many inches and you can definitely see the loss but my scale isn't reflecting what I want to see... Therefore I realize I need to do much better if I want to meet my goal by my anniversary date 9/25/16

Mine was 277 currently 227 (50lb) lost my last weigh in some now I'm really feeling[emoji30] I've been exercising now for 5wks but I know I'm not doing everything I choice so.....but I told myself next week I gotta do much better and have nothing I shouldn't. I have 50 more pounds to loose to reach my goal, what's your goal wt?
  21. Well I finally got out of that ugly 2mt stall and I've accomplished my first goal with a 5️⃣0️⃣lb lost!!! YAYY!!!!! I'm so excited and so proud of myself. I've been hitting the gym up 4-5 days out the week working out for no less than an hour and I must say I feel better and I'm seeing results[emoji4] I've really started paying more atte attention to my intake and realized I was doing my very best in the last two months so I'm sure that contributed a lot to the length of my stall. But I'm glad I went through it now I can appreciate my achievements and know what I have to continue doing to reach my goal of 100lbs...I'm half way there yal and I'm 6mts post op[emoji4]
  22. I have 3lbs I can't get rid of for nothing. I've been going to the gym, cutting back and theses 3lbs will not leave my scale alone[emoji26][emoji22]help any suggestions how I can make these disappear? I've been in the 30's for the pass month so ready to see the 20's but my scale just want get out this range.
