I'm 6 weeks out and have only lost 21 lbs. I get my Protein in and Water. I have started working out. However I'm always hungry I don't feel as if I have a sleeve. The first 2 weeks I did but once I went to soft food I could not feel any restriction any advice?

Thank you guys. I am getting my Water and Protein in. I have not been cleared to work out but just assumed it would be ok. I see my dr tomorrow so I will ask to make sure that it's ok to work out.

I am 14days post op and have only lost 10 lbs I just started puréed food today. Started working out today should I be losing faster?

Hi I am 6 days post op my Dr has me drinking 1 ounce of Fluid every 15 minutes. Today I drank about 8 ounces of vegetable broth and it did not hurt at all have I stretched out my sleeve already I am following liquid diet. Used the broth as substitute for something savory. Please advise confused and scared.

I planned on having the roux ny but due to my internal anatomy it was not an option I did get the sleeve I am excited but concerned can any one tell me if it is possible to lose 100 pounds with this surgery. I am fully committed and was prior to surgery. I already had lost 60 lbs on my own.
