Hi all! I has surgery June 6th. It hasn't been easy but definitely worth it. I've lost total of

32lbs. Still trying to figure out how to eat properly without getting sick and getting all my

nutrients in. I've been doing light exercises but hope to get to a proper class or the gym. Good luck everyone!

I don't believe this is shallow. There's nothing wrong with liking a man or woman who has become fit and more attractive. This is human nature. I'm sure we've all noticed someone who is fit and attractive- and wouldn't think so if they were heavier. I'm not bad or evil for liking fit men.

Try not to feel so negative. It's a slippery slope to judge others as we feel judged. If men are interested in you when you lose weight---then be happy because it's your attitude that will keep them.

I have the same question too and I really like the advice of no eating after 30mins. I find

myself starting to graze which can lead to a slippery slope.

I'm on the plane right now, heading to Tijuana. Will be in San Diego and driven to Mexico. Not sure how I feel. I hope this will be worth it. My sleeve surgery is scheduled for Friday June 5 at OCC. I will be in the Marriott if anyone wants to find me! Short, long dark hair. Wish me luck!

Bone brooth is great! Cheap, easy and full of so many nutrients. I just stared making it and it's much tastier and chock full of goodness than store bought. Google it or buy broth Cookbook through Amazon
