Slip ups are hard. I know I specially have problems when cooking for my family, when I'm cooking it's hard not to taste it, not so much cuz I wanna eat it but I do wanna know how it tastes before I give it to my kiddos.
I was sleeved 5/11/15 . As of right now both my pain and had pain are tolerable. My Dr has me on a liquid diet for 2weeks, 4oz per HR so basically I'm doing 1 oz every 15 mins. I mostly am drinking water for 2oz then a protein shake for the other 2oz.
I got my surgery today. Gas pains were really getting to me but walking helps a ton so I've been cruising the halls pretty frequently. Anyone else have their sleeve done today? How r u feeling? Any problems?

I am on the pre-op diet right now, I am supposed to do shakes 2x a day and then a high protein & low starch veggie meal. I was wondering if I can add PBfit to my shakes. I tried to call me Dr. but his office is closed Friday....anyone else allowed to use this?
Today is my first day on the pre-op diet. My surgery date is May 11th. Today has been kinda hard just dealing with still cooking for my kids and smelling the food my hubby was making but I just gotta stay strong, I've been drinking water every time I feel like I wanna snack. When did you notice the hunger went away when you were on the pre-op diet?
