It’s been 8 years since my Gastric Sleeve surgery and sad to say I’ve regained 50 lbs. Mercy....My smaller clothes are moving farther and farther to the back of my closet. My pants only comes halfway up my thigh. What a day!! What a miserable day !! Over the years gaining, I’ve made so many starts at restarting my weight loss program that only lasted at best two to three weeks. 
This time I have found that after many times of trying the reset my pouch, go back to eating the same way I was after my surgery that  the intermittent fasting has really been lasting for me. I’m here wondering if there’s anyone trying the same and would like a fasting partner to maybe checkin on each other now and then. And for those out there going through the same as me Let’s hang in there!! I’m ready to move my bigger pants to the back of my closet. Preparing myself the a new me summer 2021!!
