    I am just starting Ohase 3 post VSG on 4/14/15. MY question is can I eat the Bari bread made from cream cheese?

      I am not sure what Bari bread is - but I did not have bread for a very long time post surgery I am 1 year out, and very very rarely have bread. Bread expands in your tummy, which can cause upset, and is not a good source of nutrients.
