Hi amber i had my fill on 28 th too, he put in 2 cc and i feel like he did nothong,, but i think he wants me to do most of it on my own, but i need another fill too, i tried the gym omg it is awful, so girl good luck my e mail if u want it is lpglarry@yahoo.com thanks keep me informe good luck i really need support now

i can tell you it is not fun,, that happened to me 2 times so far I am so careful to east slow and cut meat in small bite size pieces,, also don/t drink while eating , I had a stuck before my fill,, so i am learning,, -
I had my lap band on 12/07/09, my first fill is jan 28 th,2010, I also experienced a piece of meat got stuck in my throat i was shocked because i thought if i didn/t havea fill there would be no resistance ,, but there is,, i had actuall 2 stucks,, and and 2 other times it felt like it was stuck and few minutes it passed,, what is causing this ?does anyone else have this problemm everything else is good

hey gir i havn/t lost anything last week but i didn/t gain,before the surgery i would have put on 10 ls over xmas so we are winning the battle,, you can write me anytime i need a band buddy

my port area is so much better this week last week it was a little tender,, I am hungry too i get my fill on 01.28.2010,, but i still have troble with turkey it gets stuck in my throat and i get pains,, then it clears

i didn.t get all the liquids in first 2 weeks,, but after that it was ok,,, i am doing ood now eating soft mushies, and i am going to get a fill in 2 weeks

i am two weeks post opt, it gets better honestly my port still hurts when i put a shirt over it went for my 2 week check up they said it was ok,, i think u may need more protein,,, hey i am all done liquid stage,on mushies it feels good to eat just 3 oz of fish or cottage cheese,,, i had cream of tomato soup when i was on liquids it was hot,and the milk gave me protein,, sip it slow and only do 4 oz at time but it's better than those shakes for a change,, i was 2 weeks before i slept on my side so it will get better honest Larry -
update on my banding, i was banded 12/7, feel so much better now i made it through the 2 week liquid proteins, now i am on mushies i feel like a new man.. i lost 18 lbs since getting banded but i know it will change now i am eating morw

hey i got banded on 12/7, thanks i am doing really good,,, i had not to much pain, I lost 18 lbs since ii got banded.. met with dr kelly/s assistance she look at my wound said it was ok ,then i met with nutrionist and i am on a mshie diet now, i can have soft fish,soft foods, it is so easy to get my protein now i can eat.. I was at u mass monday,,for check up... hey if u want anything please feel free to ask me . i will help if i can,,, so where you from???I live leominster.thanks and happy holiday Larry

hi tracy you are allowed applesauce on day after surgery, i had to drink liquids only for 14 days ,,, i even ask the surgeon if i could try some mushies after 11 days he said absolutley not how you doing now?

hey girl i burrp all time too,i am on liquids still 11 days now,,mushies on tuesday ,,i had no staples either,,,they used like super glue

hey i am doing ok, not much pain,,i am on the fluids,,only,,,am going on mushies next week ,,can/t wait..at first i was having trouble getting protein in i am sick of these shakes though ha ha how are you doing????you losing???my port still hurts a little,and sometimes i get a small aamount blood from that area,,buy i walk every day feeling better everyday thanks Larry
