Skittles...not the best choice when you are on a liquid diet but hey nothing like detoxing that sugar AGAIN!

If skittles did it maybe a little clear fruit juice eg natural apple would do the same thing.
The bigger picture is that skittles are a poor food choice and something that needs to be addressed for success after surgery
