I think with this type of rapid weight loss it is inevitable however age really has a lot to do with it. I am 51 so my skin does not bounce back as quickly.
You can't! It's down to age, genes, how long obese, how obese. You can tone the muscle under the skin, then you learn to either live with it or have plastic surgery.
