It was about 3 oz of food. I actually ate a whole small Wendy's chili tonight. I feel comfortably full. I did notice my focus is back, thank goodness Yes, pork bacon

May 8th. First follow up appointment tomorrow. Doing very well, pain at large incision almost all gone, walking 4-5 miles per day -
Glad the information was helpful. If you have any other questions/concerns, please feel free to check in with me. Today is day 10 and the pain in the incision site is almost completely gone. Was able to get on and off the floor to play with the dog last night...that was fun! The head hunger is pretty intense sometimes, I would kill for a cheeseburger!

How many incisions do you have? I have 7! Don't know why so many!

I had 5 for the surgery and 1 for the insertion of the pain pump for a total of 6 -
I asked my nurse what the deal was with mints when I got sleeved last weekend. She told me they increase the risk of reflux, which is why they are on the list of things not to do.

Sleeved on 5/8 and have encountered no nausea or other side effects. The only thing I have is sharp discomfort in my lower right abdomen. Only hurts when I use the muscle. Dr. Says this is normal. Experience on when this will dissipate?

Getting the operation on 5/8...2 days away! I am so irritable and can't focus at all. I have 2 days of Clear Liquids....can't wait to get this over with!
