I am a military spouse and was sleeved at a military facility in Nov. 2015. My paperwork says they do not allow the active duty military members to have the surgery. I'm guessing they probably won't allow someone to enlist that has had the surgery. Maybe there's a waiver or something, not sure. But my husband is Navy and my surgery was an Army facility.

Anyone in 2015 have surgery at Madigan in Washington? I'm pre-op. Looking to hear some experiences.
