I'm at a 36 levi now. I'm very happy with it. I'm only 7 months out of sleeve surgery. I'm hoping to definitely get down to a 34 no less than that. But the difference in brands are crazy. I tried gap jeans on they were pretty snug old Navy very lose. American Eagle and Levi fit well. I remember when I was huge I would by old Navy jeans just for the smaller number

I was told by insure nutrition it was covered 100%. But hearing stuff on Facebook it's a scam and they bill insurance 10 grand for the scar cream they they never disclose to you

It worked 4 18 packs of chocolate premier a bottle of multi vites and a scar cream. All ok by my insurance company for 12 months. I love saving $$$$$

Cary u good days and bad days. But everyday I am thankful for the choice I made down 43 lbs in 7 weeks never hungry. Yes I have cravings and am not perfect. The days you can't eat it's frustrating. The times I can it worries me like o no I can't do this without my sleeve working. But the best decision I've made next to my wife

I'm 6 weeks out. The last week out eating has been horrible. After 2 maybe 3 bites the food is backed up into my esophagus. Gagging feeling like heck. It last about 20 minutes. Will this improve if so approximately when? I just hate having to eat nothing is pleasurable to consume

My dr is huge into resistance training for his male patients. He said don't worry about cardio as long as you walk a lot and I do. I set my phone app on 10000 steps a day and always get it.

My surgery weight was 309 goal is 230. I actually fear getting to thin for my liking isn't that crazy. I'm 6'2" in just under 1 month I'm down 30lbs. So just 50 to go. But ready to reduce blood pressure meds already.

I have had my sleeve surgery and am doing well with the drinking with meals rule. I have had some friends ask if it's a good rule for non surgery people to follow especially when dieting. It seams to me that it would keep them feeling full longer also. But not sure of the facts. So does anyone know?

liquids where hard for just a few days. Then I did herbal tea hot that went down well. A few days later tried cold again. And no problems I can't chug but I take a normal drink like before surgery. Think I'm just lucky

I'm two weeks out. I just screwed up. 3 bites of pizza. The amazing thing is I feel perfectly fine. And wish I didn't so it would reinforce that I can't do that stuff
