Thanks everyone for your input I was taking acid reducer chewable otc but it wasn't working I called my doctor today and right away he prescribed me something ) hope I won't have to take it for too long

I recently also just had my revision done I'm two weeks post Op.... Although I'm still healing the worse part has been the lower abdominal incisions... As You said itching and pants can be challenging... Ill stick to yoga pants for now... lol so far in very happy with what I've done no regrets.... Soft food recipes? !??... Yes please!!! Yes I actually started working out before surgery remember when we Lose weight everything goes down lol squats are especially good for the butt your welcome
