It's from the dollar menu? I don't know if it's kids size. I definitely eat less but I don't have the kind of restriction you have

My doctor said after six months
-
That's true I can't eat the same every day
-
I'm six months out...i can eat an entire McDonald's cheeseburger in 15 minutes... can you? I know it's not the right thing to eat but dang it one bite turned into another and then it was gone. My girlfriend had the surgery six years ago and can't eat one that quick.
-

Did I accept it? I think I did

I'm six months out and I have zero complications. I can eat anything and I can eat a lot... So it's like a double edged sword you want to recover and feel great but dang if I had some issues I might be losing more.

I don't really have a nut or time to see a nut I'm working or taking care of a baby. I'm getting enough Protein but I do still eat carbs and I need to stop. Something I've been saying all my life!

So I had surgery June 3 and I weighed 242. I weigh 194 now. I'm grateful I'm happy I'm healthier. However if I wanted to I could snack all day and not lose weight. I've been 194 for a month. Surgery hasn't cured me from night time cravings and I'm trying to fill up the limited space in my belly with salad before bed instead of what I really want which is always carbs and fat. Grrr. Any advice from pros?

Excellent point and I am doing what my surgeon says

Well if all that's true why did I lose the first 30 pounds when I was eating under 500 calories? Just saying
-
True and I'm grateful but I kinda wanted to be at goal by end of November. My bday. I'm 212 I want to be 160 thinking of going back to 500 cals a day.

My surgery was June 3rd and I've lost 30 pounds so far. For the last three weeks I've lost only a pound a week. I'm eating under 700 calories a day and I want to scream WTF! I think if I ate more I'd still lose a pound a week but it's physically effing impossible because my stomach is the size of ????. I didn't sign up for a pound a week. Grrr. Thanks for listening.
