They were giving me a rotation of 3 medicines and finally it all came together! I'm just sooo thankful that I have finally passed that stage. Thanks everyone ! !

I'm not any help because I've really experienced zero nausea. I'm now 17 days out. However, my Dr. Said ppl who get nauseous tend to do better. I'm sure it will subside. I'm sorry ur not feeling well :-(

I had my surgery Tuesday may 19. I had absolutely no pain.. But the nausea I experienced felt like death! I had to stay in the hospital 3 days bcs I couldn't keep anything down aND I could barely move my head without feeling dizzy. I know I've heard people talk about the nausea but I never ever thought it could be that bad!

I'm having my surgery with Dr dockins...he is in stafford, va but he does all his nutritional classes through bluepoint in Woodbridge!

Surgery may 19th! What are some things that helped you get through preop

@peteyrulz...that is messed up! I'm mad no one told me about buying this stuff until now...Everyone doesn't have 300$ lying around!

I have tons of powder and Vitamins left over, I was allergic to them! If you want them I would love to unload them!!

I am so mad to learn at the last minute about the $300 I have to pay Bluepoint for the liquid diet! I thought they would give us guidelines to go by and we got our own food which would be much more cost efficient!!!

It took one week! The longest week of my life!

I called my coordinator this am and it's going to be the 18th or 19th...she will call me by this evening with the exact date and time!

My starting BMI was 46 and yes I had 2 years of weigh-in from this phentermine and B 12 diet I did back in 2010 and 2011. My bmi those years was just about 40

I was APPROVED ! ! ! I literally cried tears of joy yesterday !

This is the part I'm stuck on. Aetna received my paperwork on the 20th and I'm still waiting. I'm going bonkers!

I will start my preop diet on 2 days and is base in 800 calories.... I think is pretty insane that's why I wonder if I can be on phentermine for the 2 weeks prior my surgery.... My surgery is on May14th... I will call the doctor tomorrow I just need some kind of appetite suppressant while doing this liquid Protein diet to shrink my liver

I submitted on 4/21 with Aetna and I'm still pending also as of this morning

Lol I wonder if we are talking to the same lady! I will continue to call everyday until I have an answer.. She's customer service it's her job so I don't feel bad.

After months of getting ready for this day it is finally here. I received my psych evaluation form yesterday and today my coordinator will be submitting my packet to Aetna! I pray that I'm one of those lucky ones who knows the verdict within a matter of a couple days. I'm pretty sure I won't be sleeping until I know!! #onestepcloser
