I had gastric bypass on April 23rd, 2015. I have lost 49 pounds so far. I am lost because I don't know what to eat anymore. I feel like everything I see has too much carbs or is too high is fat or isn't healthy. What is everyone eating?

Today is 4 weeks post op for me. Yes I crave pickles all the time. I purée them all the time and add it with tuna or egg salad. Yummy!!!

I have tried Unjury and Isopure. The only thing I can drink is Premier Protein shakes. Any suggestions?

I still have my drain, I am on airflow oxygen, nothing to eat or drink since the Wednesday before surgery. The doctor wants to do the liquid test on Monday to see if my new stomach will function properly. I have not been hungry, but I am in so much pain and I am on pain meds every 4 hours. When does it goes away? This pain is worst than a c-section and I am starting to regret the surgery.

sugar free popsicles because you may have trouble getting in liquids.< /p>

Plenty of Water because Protein may take a while to stay down so you need to stay hydrated.

GasX chewable tablets, even though I only used it twice, priceless!

Pillows to prop your head up so you're not laying totally flat.
