  1. Congrats! How long after your endoscopy was yours sent in for approval?
  2. This was hard! But worth it. I think cigarettes are a very addictive drug because if they weren't it would be easier to quit. I've wanted and needed to quit for a while, and this gave me the incentive. Happy, healthier life!!

  10. All I think about is having this done. Lol. I'm driving my husband crazy talking about it. We both wish it would already happen. But on a lighter note, now unlike before I think abt everything I eat or drink now. Drinking tons if water unlike none before.

  12. All are different. Mine is 6 mos with nutritionist. But my date is in August now. Seems like forever away still tho. Have my endo the 5th of June.

  19. My mother had the bypass and because I saw what she went thru, I wanted the sleeve. She actually list weight so fast she ended up in hospital for malnutrition. Every time after she was healed that we would go out to eat lunch, she ended up eating only a cpl bites, but threw up every time.

  23. You can do this! Sorry you had a rough way yesterday. That's a lot to have done in one setting. Hernia repair was very hard on my mom too. She had the bypass two yrs ago. Her hernia was so big tho, they had to do the wls for extra skin before too.
