Sherryboberry very natural anytime you have laparoscopy in stomach. When I had my gall bladder out last year it felt as if it would burst. Lol

There is a lot of us on here to hopefully give support to one another. I am so ready like all of you to get this done. Lol. My latest Protein Drink I got this week us pure Protein. Has 23g protein 1g sugar and only 110 calories. Looks like this one will be it for me

Awesome sleevemetoo. Hopefully for you it's scheduled as quickly as possible.
-
Awesome ideas you have. I like the fitnesspal too. And already had my exercise class, so I ordered same stuff I used there to do my exercise with. Plus easy enough to start now too.
-
Wow! I weigh 219. Doesn't matter in your size with mine. I'm so happy abt that.

Your lucky that's all you have to see someone. The endoscopy wasn't bad at all. I've I only heard of you and maybe two others that didn't have to get one. I did all my testing early on so if it was bad I didn't go thru all the months for nothing. But still gotta have a final approval of surgery from insurance. Which I called before starting this to see what I had to do,outta pocket expense too. My cost is only $250._

My psych appointment was 45 minutes. Idk maybe different Drs do different lengths.

Congrats to you both!

I have tried boost high Protein, special k, and muscle milk. Muscle milk will be the winner because barely had sugar. Also bought a mix, but even in the blender, tasted awful.
-
I have been trying Protein Drinks too. And Protein bars too. Substituting for Breakfast. I didn't usually eat breakfast before. I've learned the tastiest drinks have 13g of sugar which isn't good too. Lol

Good news for you I hope soon

It was when I started in April. But seems so far away now for some reason. April 1st was the first of 6 month appointments and I am getting impatient. I know I'm half way there, but hate the wait. I also have to not start losing weight either because of a low bmi. But I don't lose easily. Lol

Awesome. It just seems so far away lately. Can't wait! ????

I'm so sure you are frustrated. It's frustrating enough just getting to the point your at. Seems like the office help is a little laxed in their movement. Thoughts with you to get a date soon

Just had mine this week. Had an exercise demo today. I feel the same like going so slow. I want this to begin. Lol

I can deal with pain really well, but the first night of laparoscopy on your stomach feels like it's going to burst. Had my gall bladder removed last year

Started my journey on April 1st. I will be a September sleeved too. My Drs office doesn't give date until last appointment.
-
Good luck! Also can't wait to join the other side too. Lol

No need to stress. Just a heads up, don't miss any appointments related to your wls, you may have to begin the process from the beginning. Most insurance companies require a consecutive appointment history. My waiting period with my insurance is 6 months. I will be having my procedure sometime in September. My Drs office doesn't give exact date until all your appointments are finished unfortunately.

Midemali, crazy question. How much in pounds do you weigh? Sounds like you are doing awesome by your bmi. You were very lucky living there and not having to wait the times we have to in the U.S. my insurance is like most here, 6 months. Very frustrating for sure. My mother got hers done immediately too due to a life threatening reason. Almost unheard of here. But the reason for her gastric bypass(hers) was a need for extra skin on her stomach because of an extremely large hernia. She had to go to another state too to have done because of her situation too. With her not going through the classes and nutritionist, she was very unaware of a lot. She was malnourished, and sick almost every meal due to not understanding the guidelines. But honestly, 3 months in most cases are all that should be the wait. That is plenty of time to learn the exercises, new ways of eating and drinking and all the other things involved.
Hey there September sleevers! Any one out there?
