  1. I live in OK also and my insurance was the same way. I went to tj and had it done last Friday, Saved several thousand dollars, and the surgery couldn't have gone better. I know its a long way away, but i couldn't justify 8k to stay close to home with the same outcomes.

You will make the right decision, just letting you know, the Mexico option is a safe and affordable option.

  2. I'm a pharmacist. Tylenol Cold and Sinus was good if still available. I don't work much retail, but it is acetaminophen and pseudoephedrine.

Hope that helps. without know all the symptoms thats about as good as I can do. Will be safe with the stomach.

  3. I'm scheduled with Dr. Kelly on the 22ed. I can tell you more then. I'm in health care and he had some criteria that i liked, I also chose the option for the Angeles hospital. I know it was more but didn't want to cheap out on my life since i'm saving that much over us self pay.

Hope that helps. If you need anymore info, let me know.

  4. Did you ever have a problem with Low T before. I'm currently on T replacement therapy, and i'm up for surgery in 3 weeks. I'm due my last shot before surgery next week. I'm curious if the testosterone level changes after your fat:muscle ratio changes post-op. I've been on T for 2 years, and it really helps with mood and energy. I don't want to use it if I don't need to, but was curious what will happen post-op.

  5. Your story mimic's mine exactly. I'm 49, and will be pressing 50 next March. I'm basically healthy (despite how i look) and i was afraid mine was just being vain also. But i've just gotten bigger and bigger and its time for some disease prevention. My knees are hurting now. Out of breath faster and I don't want to hit 50 and be in that much worse shape. My family is very active and I can no longer keep up. My 78 year old father can outwork me and my 55 year old sister can too. Its time for a change for the better. I've been considering it for a few years and its time.

Its not vanity, its an improvement in your quality of life. That is what i'm ready for. The physical appearance will help with lots of issues, but the way i want to live can not happen at my current size.

I'm sure you are having the second thoughts just like we all do. You will be fine. I just wish i would have done it at your age.

    Keep up the losing fight.

    Tom

  6. I don't know if it will help, but I had a "reverse" intervention to tell all my family at once. after the hell no's i show that I had done my research and the facilities were modern and up to date. After much discussing, now i'm having trouble weeding through my support to see who goes with me. I'm sure it will be one of the best choices i have made for my health and well being.

    Hope this helps someone.
