Congrats Pam!!! I am doing great too!! I have done 7 triathlons and 7 5Ks this summer. I will be doing the Death Valley 1/2 Marathon on 12/6/08. That is my Bandiversary as well!! I am still not on a diet! I eat what I want, when I want. Now I have the control to know when I've had enough. My band is the greatest gift I've ever given myself!!!
