@@livingstone thank you so much! I know each pound I gain now is just another pound I have to lose later, and, I too am ok with that! I am in a game with my mind right now! Trying to prepare myself mentally, because in MY case... Head hunger is 80% of my problem! Like I see on this site all of the time, the Dr. Operates on your stomach, not your mind. ????

Thanks everyone for your help! My pre-op diet starts Wednesday, and I'm really mentally preparing myself for the lifestyle change! Still eating a lot until Wednesday... Don't know why, but it's like I can't stop!! ????

@@VSGAnn2014 .... I'm sorry your life journey was the way it was.... But I was in no way Putting anybody down!!! I was talking about other posts where people put others down!!! Kind of like what your reply to MY post was! If it doesn't apply to you why respond?

Thank you all so very much for your replies! I'm scared, excited, and did I say scared???!!!! Lol but I know I have to get active! My kids are still young and need their mom, so I'm not only doing this for ME, but them also! It just gets a little overwhelming at times, as you ALL know I'm sure! But I am loving all the advice from this site! It really does help! ????

I don't like any of those things now, except walking! I could get used to a good neighborhood walk probably! And I know it will make me feel better! Thank you for all of your responses and encouragement! I guess I am just having last minute jitters!!! ????
