About to finish day 1 of preop diet. Will need to eat some more protein in a bit. Not too bad, but I know it's going to take focus and determination!

Keep your eye on the prize. You can make it. I am also pre-op. I find a snack of low fat string cheese or a bit of chicken helps me a lot, Best of the different things I have tried. Good luck.
