  1. NSV. Just stacked cords of firewood! Would not have even tried before my sleeve surgery. Hubby is very pleased with my progress (and with my company during the job. Winter is coming to Minnesota.

Wow Congratulations!!! I'm very happy for you!! Keep up the good work!!!

  2. $92,140.43 was billed for my sleeve surgery and the surgery a few hours later due to complications!!! I am again reminded how lucky I am to have insurance. Obama care required BCBS to accept me despite my pre-existing conditions. Now I am off all meds and headed to a healthier life. My heart is filled with gratitude that I didn't have to wait for Medicare to have healthcare. I will not waste this tool.

Fantastic for the insurance covering that bill. And to think all the negative press and aggressive comments Obama has to endure, he did good. I am Canadian, we admire him a lot.

Before Obama care, I could not get healthcare at any price. After years of paying premiums, I lost health insurance at my job - no fault of mine. I feel a moral obligation to tell folks how it has changed my life for the better.

  3. Been re-admitted to hospital. Lost consciousness early this morning. Looks like I'll be having my gallbladder removed. Starting to feel like a crumbling old house. Every week something else needs repair! Grateful no leak was found.

Thank you, Mountaingal. Latest blood work shows possible heart damage so a stress test is scheduled first. I am dreading the treadmill. However I will do my best helping them help me to get better.

Any chance that you are around 50 years old? I started falling apart on my 50th birthday. I wish you the best. As it turns out, we can get along quite well without a gallbladder. You will feel better once you get rid of that thing. Hugs from Chicago.

  4. had surgery Tuesday. vital dropped to 70/30. went back to the ER. anesthesia made me confused. hubby was so upset. they sent for a priest. Doing better today. mind is clearer; not so dizzy; double vision less frequently.
