I am 5 days post op. I have minimal pain but no way i could get down on the floor and back up. Three muscles on my right side were cut and stitched. Plus lifting the litgle people would be a no no

I had surgery on 6th may. Had a drain for the first 24 hours. The hole is closed now but held with steri strips

I find it so fasinating that so many on here had minimum fluids where as i have a max Fluid per hour to avoid irritating my sleeve

Im primarily just taking paracetomol (Tylenol ) but i have tremadol which is stronger that ive used a few times. Im three days post op. The stronger meds are good at night as it has helped me sleep through. I mostly have right side pain where he cut through and stitched three muscles

You can also try making you own Protein bars or balls if you want to be more in control if the ingredients

I am 2 days post op and am getting random hiccups. But they dont feel like normal hiccups. Im getting them not just when im drinking things. Doc said to slow down but i am drinking really slowly.

I'm currently around 36 hours post op. Feeling pretty good. Some nausea and pain that's like bad period pain but controlled with just paracetamol

I have been eating healthily and exercising more for a while and have dropped 27kg in the last few months. I have surgery on friday. My managers know and 2 work friends. As far as everyone else is concerned im having 2 weeks of recreational leave. I dont intend on telling them anything further

I have NIB. The anesthesiologist would have actually been cheaper with other private health covers.
That seems like a great deal! What insurance do you have? I got Hcf in January so will get sleeved next year. But haven't choose the surgeon yet. Would you mind telling me yours? Thank youI live in south australia. Im using private health and my out of cost is $2000 for the surgeon and $1200 for the anesthesiologist and $250 for the private health gap
