  2. Am I normal? I have lost 22 lbs since the week before surgery when I started the liquid diet and I can only eat two or three bites before I get that pressure in my chest?

      I would say yes. I am three weeks post-op and after I had switched to soft foods, I had ate 1/2 cup of creamed soup a couple days in a row, then all of the sudden I got that pain. The following day I cut back to 1/4 cup and have been fine since.

      It is so hard to eat more often and follow the 30/30 rule, because now that I am eating, I am not getting 64 ounces in. It's a catch 22!

  3. Today is my first day back at work. Doing pretty good, kind of tired and a little sore still on the left but I have a desk job so I'm doing ok. I really haven't had any problems at all! Still on liquids, go to soft diet on Monday!

      When was your procedure? I am only three days post op, but I was thinking this morning about those who go back after one week and today I feel confident that there would be no way I could go back after a week, glad I decided on taking three off.

      I LIKE, LIKE, LIKE this post! I seems like just yesterday I was getting started and when they told me I needed six months of documentation, I was like SIX MONTHS? That is forever, now it's almost here!
