sugar free pudding is perfect and acceptable as a liquid. I still recommend taking small bites and let it liquefy a bit before swallowing. :-)

@@wannaBthinsoon One day at a time. I will be 3 weeks out Tuesday and I am still exhausted, not very thirsty for much of anything, but still sip on something the majority of the day. I am happy you are home. I have been thinking about you and how everything went. :-)

@@erose321 Sounds like you are doing well! My surgery was April 7th. I'm doing well but still quite fatigued. Take your time with EVERYTHING. You will figure out what works and is best for you. :-)

You sure can add your Protein powder! Best gift ever! I LOVE my Nutri Bullet! Add your liquid, protein powder, or yogurt, or even a few ice chips. Screw on the blades tight so it doesn't leak and blend away! You will love it! :-)How's everyone today? What's new?
This morning I received a gift from my mother. She sent me a Nutri Bullet, because they sent her 2 when she bought 1. Anyone have any experience making these smoothies? The literature does not emphasize Protein. Could I just add Protein powder to one of the fruit vegie blasts? Seems like it could be a good thing?

@Elode I struggle with the same Vitamins and I haven't even had surgery yet.
I am maybe going to try Wellesse liquid vitamins and Calcium. Anyone else try this product out?

I am so sorry...BUT... Your Husband Should Love You NO MATTER WHAT!! I am sure his nagging doesn't help you mentally either and may even cause you to reach for more food. What you decide to do needs to be for YOURSELF 1st! All will fall in line. Find peace within yourself and do what is right for you. I will keep you in my prayers and look forward to a positive update.
