9ers hope everyone is on their game. So far all is great. I forget to eat I might have less than 500 calories a day. I am very pleased with my choice best thing I have done so far feeling good. I don't think I am drinking nor eating enough, beats having 2500 calories a day lol. Start was at 312 down to 284

Ok so starting weight was 312 ...... Now 296 down 16 pounds ..... Not so bad... I will start working out today!!!! 9ers where u at

so 9ers what have we been eating? I was told by doc yesterday I can have eggs ????????????????nice. I been having a lot of cheese. shakes food not on my mind ????????????

3-9-15 .... So far so good not one pain killer. Back to work on Monday. But have been feeling a little wired, I told my wife to stop at the black light which of course I meant red... Lol

I did have tape???????????????????? it was the big plastic one that they put on while I was still in hospital.
