I'm 10 days out and my Protein Shakes for making me nauseous I was on yogurt cream soup's and doing just fine digesting my 2 ounces my next stage was a few days away so I removed myself up to puréed foods just chewed up my cottage cheese well blended lentil Soup are refried Beans now I'm starting to feel better that I'm getting Protein other ways than barely getting to my goal with my shakes

Hi and I just started this week and I've had lentil Soup smashed up pretty good I've had refried Beans I put a small amount of chicken taco fixings and my machine avocados small amount of cilantro tomatoes blended that up just a little and that was delicious..use the Pinterest app they have lots of ideas of protein-based Meals

Hi guys I'm 10 days post op bypass and really have one complaint so far my incisions were itching like crazy no infection no problem The actual healing was fine but the itching drove me crazy

Mine will be on May 14 with only a two day liquid diet..how do we send the message to get on the Facebook page

Yes I am scheduled for the pre-op class on Wednesday and yeah I got most chewables or the dissolve tabs a few of them are delicious the only one I'm struggling to find is B1..they suggested that I don't buy the liquid Centrum buy chewable which I did but I'm thinking I should buy the liquid as back up so if I have a problem with the chewable..do You agree ..

I'm in Sacramento also my orientation was March 17 got lucky to see the surgeon the same day and one appointment after another I had them a week to two weeks apart only had 10 pounds to lose met my goal and now my surgery is May 14..there was times that I felt like it was moving too fast

Does anyone experience headaches from the Calcium I'm pre-op..I've started on my calcium and had to cut down to 500 mg a day and I still keep getting pressure headaches my schedule date is in two weeks. Will need to start increasing my dosage

Any tips or ideas out there that could help

Finally scheduled for May 14 and still can't decide...please you guys help me my doctor suggested bypass because of heartburn and I'm not too sure if I get it that often that I can agree with him. So to me I only get it when I make poor or spicy food choices so with taking that kind of stuff out of my diet which I'm already working on and don't have it very often do you think that sleeve would an option or should I just stick with bypass...

Hi I use the south Sacramento site. It's wonderful I went to The 4 hour introduction class on March 17 got a same day appointment with the surgeon. Then he told me I had 10 pounds to lose. They want you to attend 1 nutrition class and 1 support group class and I did them both in the next 3 weeks I had to be with in 5 pounds of my goal before I can book with the psychologist my apt.is this Friday feels like it's moving along fast..
