Officially off all BP meds, and PCP agreed I don't need to start migraine prevention just yet as the latest migraines were caused by dehydration (bad antichick, drink your water!!). So the medication count is dropping along with my weight, and she's very happy with the trend. I also get to keep my Mirena another year, yay!!

This is day #4 of no incoming landline service in my area. At least I can make calls and people can email and text or leave VMs on my cell. #HateYourLocal Utilities. Hating all of them has always been wise anyway. the

I'm two days away from surgery and it's been a rollercoaster of emotions. I worry, I'm excited, I feel brave, I am super nervous but I'm keeping it all together. A new life, where I look and feel better, where I can do so much more than I am able to is the goal, and I'm not letting my fears get in the way of that.

I missed it yesterday, but yesterday was my 15 months post-op date.
I've lost 200 pounds since surgery and 263 overall. Still baffles me! -

If this has been asked before, I can't find it and I know this is Rant and Rave but I have a question. I'm 2?12 years out from RNY and recently regained 8 pounds so I'm correcting that. Problem is that I had a hiatal hernia which they fixed at the same time. Just started drinking my water, like I was supposed to, but it hurts and gives me heartburn. Nothing else does. Any help?

LL, like a police lineup in reverse? It would be nice that those one wishes to block really be blocked. Like an order of protection -- they can be on the website, just no where near me. It means they'd also be unable to go to the profile pages of those who've blocked them. In a perfect world, of course.

It confuses me people hide their own poor behavior behind the guise that "so many people private messaged me agreeing with me". Sure they did.
