I showered as soon as i wasn't high...a few hrs after getting to my room. I also had a BM immediately after I woke up.

If I don't eat fruit I would have a BM. I eat strawberry mostly because of lower glycemic index.

Measure your body and don't let stalls bother you so much. I lose stall, lose stall, and I have learned that I usually drop 10-15 after a stall. This is your body adjusting and its natural. My dr. said you will be less likely to regain if your body adjusts to the new weight.

I had the same issue for a while... The one time I threw up was bc of chewable vitamins. I used the Welless brand of liquids. Some Walmarts carry them but I ordered them in the Bari store here. Good luck.

Don't do it. My hospital did a research study of post op bariatric patients and found that egg have a Protein that can cause digestive complications in some patients if introduced before 4 weeks.

I feel your pain. I want some grits and i dont even like grits. I have my 1 wk appointment tomorrow. I say dont do it its totally not worth what could happen.
