Good to know I'm not the only one!

I made a ricotta "lasagna" bake with cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, mozz all mixed together, topped with marinara, could add sausage or ground beef if your sleeve can tolerate that, and top with extra mozz. Bake until heated thru. I baked several in little glass ramekins. Each little ramekin lasted at least 3 meals. It was a good departure from eggs and made me feel like I was eating "Italian" food again.

Anyone have trouble with getting plain ol' Water down? Before surgery I could drink gallons, I swear! Now, I can't get down plain water. I have to flavor it...it's getting slightly better, but it feels like water is just too "heavy" for my sleeve.

How long was your recovery from the plastic surgery? I know my arms, at least, are going to need it in a year or 2 after I"m done losing! LOL!
