Hmmm, not so good this week - steady at 309, so no loss - here's hoping next week is better!

Ok, forgot to weigh in last week (Bad Julie) but this week I am down to 309. Never thought I would be happy at a weight over 300, but woohoo - it is a loss!

I'm in - my first challenge, I am sooo excited. Ok, starting weight 314 would like to lose 25 lbs in 10 weeks, ending weight 289 - wow that is less than I weighed when I got married 11 years ago! I will post a current pic as soon as I figure out how to do that. Julie

I have the same problem and my dr called it frothing! She said it is not good and usually happens when you eat too fast or the bites are too big. Also, as the others have said, you should not drink when eating, that can cause food to swell in your pouch, also causing the frothing. Julie

Hi, I know you already made your decision, but I will swear I work for your boss's twin. I had major problems with my boss when I had twins and then over back surgery I had 2 years ago. He was in the Navy for years, attended the Navy academy and is super fit. I didn't want to tell him what I was going to do, then a co-worker suggested that I do tell him because he is such a health nut. I did decide to tell him and he was way more supportive than I ever dreamed of. So you never know, he could surprise you. I would probably keep quiet until the last minute, then let him know. Wow, I am really glad I found this board. I, too, had the same concerns, 14 lbs first few weeks, then nothing. I went several weeks wondering if I was doing something wrong. I am back on the losing side, once I got my first fills. Julie
