Congrats

Hey everyone. I'm 2 days post op and I'm feeling okay. I feel like I can't drink as much water as I need too. But I am keeping everything down. I was wondering if anyone thought at the beginning, that you wouldn't lose any weight? I feel like I won't . Is that weird?

Hopefully we both can hit goal! My goal is 100 lbs. It's a a hard goal but something I look forward to. I'd be happy with 80 lbs too

I'm feeling so much better today! I actually drank all of my cream soup last night, this morning I'm taking thin cream of wheat. I can eat jello and pudding. Pretty awesome! Can't wait to go home! How many incisions do you have?

Great to hear. We can do this together. I am feeling okay, not the greatest but that can be expected after surgery. My biggest problem is the gas pain in my stomach. Other than that everything is good

Hey everyone. I'm brand spanking new to this forum. I'm scheduled to be sleeved on monday the 2nd of February. I'm so excited! I got approval on a Monday and was scheduled just one week later. I wasn't expecting it to come so fast but they had a cancellation so I took it. I'm on my pre op diet, 4 days in and it's horrible! I'm really not hungry but my brain isn't doing well lol. I'm in a brain fog and this fatigue is awful. I can't hardly type but my brain won't let me sleep. I've been working towards this surgery for 13 months now, finally!! I'm so close. I've been struggling with my weight since I had my first son. Since he was born I stayed big and can't seem to lose more than 20 lbs. I'm 5'2, 254 pounds as of Thursday. My goal ultimate goal is 140 but I'll be super happy if I can get back to 160. Hopefully I'm posting this in the right group or forum or whatever it's called. I think I can sleep better knowing I can look to this app for advice and support. )

Well I was supposed to be on clear liquids with protein shakes for one week. But on Saturday morning I ate three egg whites... That was me cheating. Not cheating per se but per Dr.'s orders I was

Awesome!! My only discomfort is that my actual stomach has a lot of gas. I burp so often

I cheated once but I only had to pre op diet for 6 days. Liver was small and I lost 10lbs in the 6 days...

I'm actually feeling tons better now! Hopefully getting released tomorrow!! How do you feel? Are you home?

I'm not feeling too good. Nausea, the upper belly bloating won't let me sip hardly anything. They took me off IV fluids but are putting me back on because I can't sip enough. I'm also very tried from all the dang drugs.

I was sleeved yesterday too. I'm so out of it. Surgery went great but the gas is awful. I'm not farting but burping. They want to discharge me today but probably not because I'm not drinking enough. Congrats and hope you feel better soon
