Protiein powder mix with skim milk. 1tb spoon of sugar free peanut butter. 1/2 banana, blended with ice in my bullet. It is so good. I do this in the am cause I am so tight. But right now I am unfilled and need a fill really bad.

Wow. great job. I pray I am at goal on my 50th birthday. I have lost 60 lbs and have 80lbs to go in 1 year and half. I am a slow loser. It has been 1 year and half already.

Barb that is wonderful. I am hoping by the end of my 2nd year I will be at goal. I am a little slower. But that is okay. I will take what I have lost so far. I just got totally unfilled and hopefully to start again sooooon. Congrats....<><

Yes it does sound like that first bite thing. I take my first bite and wait 10 or 15 minutes. This is hard for me but I have been working on it. I try not to wait until I am so hungry either. I cut things up really small and chew the heck out of it. I have learn to enjoy the flavor of food more and not the full feeling. Good luck and chew, chew, chew and chew some more. HA Ha

Mine has been out many years also. Never thought I had problems but I did have alot of diarrhea through the years. I guess that was what it was. Now with band and watching what I eat I have not had those problems for one year and three months. Yea.

WOW great job. It is neat to shop at the other end of my closet; the smaller clothes side. Keep up the good work.

I still have trouble sleeping on my sides. I have tried the pillow thing but it still hurts some so I end up on my back. I guess I have learned to sleep on my back.

I have the Magic Bullet and I just love it. I can leave it out on counter it is small enough. And so easy to clean and you drink out of the cup you blend in just love it...

I do walk away the pounds and really like it.
